Puppetry
A one day workshop giving extensive coverage to puppet techniques and how to
produce a puppet show. Participants will each need a puppet and will
work in teams as the workshop is "hands on". The emphasis is on
preparing a puppet play with a strong Bible message. Each delegate
needs to have their own "muppet" type of puppet.
Typical Workshop Programme
1. Black-light and white-light muppet and animal puppets.
2. Making a theatre, curtains and lighting.
3. Making scenery and props.
4. Puppet play productions.
5. Puppet manipulation techniques, expressions, emotions and
movements.
6. Drama, dialogues, play writing and sourcing.
7. Rehearsal and sound track recording.
8. Writing and preparation a play (practical).
9. Presentation of the puppet shows.
