Knowing Your Sins are Forgiven

All Heaven was filled with joy as you took Jesus Christ as your Saviour. You became one of God’s children and found the Him to be the truest Friend. Now. when you die you will go to Heaven and live there forever.

Acts 16:31, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved".

Jesus Forgave You:

You confessed your sins and Jesus forgave you and made you clean inside just as the Bible says.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

Jesus became Your Lord and Saviour:

You received Jesus into your heart, and confessed (spoke out) with your mouth that Jesus Christ is the Saviour, and He came into your heart and saved you.

"As many as received Him, to them who believed in His name,
He He gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12).

You became a New Creation:

You became a new person in God and Jesus changed you so you no longer want to do the bad things you used to do. Now you want to serve God and please Him in everything you do.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.
The old things have gone, and all things have become new!" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

You now have Eternal Life:

You now have eternal life and will live forever in Heaven when you die.

"God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son" (1 John 5:11).

God did all of this for you because you took Him at His Word. You believed with all your heart, and meant what you said. And God meant what He said!
