I am making Marmaduke since most of us love to play with a cat. They
will bat a ball of wool and chase it round the room as if it were a mouse.
They love to stalk it and then leap into the air and pounce on it.
Then they turn on their backs so that they can play with the ball
with their front paws.
Give it a saucer of milk and watch it lap it up until it is all gone.
After this it will give a huge yawn, jump onto your lap, and soon a
contented purr will fill your ears! Such is a cat’s life!
Are you contented? The Bible teaches us that we should learn to be
contented with the things that we have because in Hebrews 13:5 God said:
"Be content with such things as you have,
for I will never leave you, nor
forsake you."
Just as our cat feels safe on our lap, we can feel safe and go to bed
knowing that God is watching over us. The Bible tells us that God
loves us dearly and we are very precious to Him. We know that Jesus
is with us all the time and wants to fill our lives with His love.
This will help us live happy, contented and peaceful lives with our
family and friends.
Ask Jesus to make you happy and contented with the things that you have.
God bless!
